Flavoring agents:

  Yi Chiang is a high tasty monosodium glutamate which is an indispensable superior seasoning helper in the ordinary meal preparation. It can enhance food delicacies, improve the edibility of food that cooked. Ordinary flavored food could not endure high temperature, it could not stand for refrigeration as well, as this will spoil the seasoning effect. Provided that proper quantity of Yi Chiang is added, it not only can produce an unusual special flavor, while stewing continuously more than ten hours, the broth would not turn bitter or become deadly salty, it is a good companion for delicious food.

  The flavoring ability of Yi Chiang A is approximately four times stronger than the ordinary monosodium glutamate sold in the market. It possesses an agreeable aftertaste of mushroom, commonly called (throat feeling), which has the effect of eating continuously. Ordinary monosodium glutamate when boiled or stewed for a long time, particularly with the addition of soybean sauce, the food would become harsh to the taste, commonly called (deadly salty); if Yi Chiang A is added together with soybean sauce and stewed with water, tasty food is attainable.
