Flavoring agents:
Yi Chiang is a high tasty monosodium glutamate
which is an indispensable superior seasoning helper in the ordinary
meal preparation. It can enhance food delicacies, improve the
edibility of food that cooked. Ordinary flavored food could
not endure high temperature, it could not stand for refrigeration
as well, as this will spoil the seasoning effect. Provided that
proper quantity of Yi Chiang is added, it not only can produce

The flavoring ability of Yi Chiang A is approximately four

for a long time, particularly with the addition of soybean sauce,
